The work here in Argentina is going along quite well. I was transfered to San Luis and this place is just amazing. It is big, civilized, pretty, it is just great. The only downer is that there is a ton of wind. It seems like we are continually walking around with parachutes tied to our backs. it´s way sweet though. My companion, Elder Hopkin, is a stud. He is from Massachussettes and like I said earlier, he is an ex assistant. He has taught me a lot these past few days and I am really looking forward to this transfer. It should be a great one. I wish I could share some cool story with you all about this past week but it was super low key. Travelling here was great because I got to do it alone. It was definitely weird being alone for 4 hours, but it was a nice ¨break¨ if you will. Getting here and getting used to the area is sweet. The ward he is awesome. It is full of returned missionaries so they actually understand how a ward needs to be run. The area is massive... It is just the biggest, most confusing puzzle ever, but I am sure one day I will get used to it.
This week we have started the Book of Mormon challenge. It is basically a challenge that the mission does and they encourage us to finish the book of mormon in 66 days.. the same amount of time that it took Joseph Smith to translate it. I got here right in the middle of it last year and it was great, so I am really excited for it this year. Other than that, the mission is super sick. To be honest, I kind of miss Alvear, but I am way excited to be here working in San Luis. It is going to be legit.
I love you all. I hope you have a great week. Thanks for all the prayers and the support. I hope you all have a happy easter this weekend and that you can take some time to think of what Jesus Christ has done in your lives. I will do it too so don´t worry. I love you homies
